How do I motivate myself to clean more and stop procrastinating?
To motivate yourself to clean more and overcome procrastination, start by setting small, manageable goals. Break cleaning tasks into shorter, timed sessions, like 10-15 minutes, and reward yourself afterward. Create a daily ritual by incorporating cleaning into your routine, perhaps right after a meal or before winding down for the night. Visualize the satisfaction of a tidy space and how it contributes to your overall well-being. Remember, consistency is key to developing lasting habits that lead to a cleaner, more organized environment.
What I try to do is clean in an orderly and fun manner. I try to clean certain sections one at a time while playing music or chatting with friend.
