I also find that I am not hungry first thing in the morning, so I tend to exercise first. I don’t see any problem with that; what matters is checking both boxes

Even if you aren’t hungry at first, once you start eating breakfast in the morning, eventually you’ll get into the habit and start waking up super hungry for it! But start with small portions like oatmeal or a few spoonfuls of yogurt!
