How do I make consistancy in daily exercise?

Make it easy. Maybe going to the gym and following a perfect hour long plan will get you the best gains, but going for just ten minutes will make it easier to build the habit. (“Anything worth doing is worth doing badly”) Let yourself do things the “bad” way, if that’s what it takes to get them done. Expecting perfection will take you nowhere, so start slow, easy, and bad.
