I am learning not to trust motivation and instead trust the commitment to myself. I don’t try to get going at 100% right away. Some days it takes me 25 minutes to get to my yoga mat before I start. But just getting the workout clothes on helps, and then bending or stretching a little bit at a time. Before I know it I’m ready for the whole routine. Just slowly build up to it and give yourself plenty of time to get started. Don’t rush a workout.
