How do i get better about going to the gym and wanting to go?

First you have to fall in love with doing exercise, maybe start doing some of it, don’t push it and always relate exercise with emotions so whenever you feel that way your brain will automatically feel the need to do it. Then start by going to the gym in short periods of time, and progressively start going more often, make yourself comfortable in the gym, it must become your favourite place when happy, angry, or sad
