When you ask yourself why you have began exercising… you are able to keep going.

I began exercising out of curiosity and the endless possibilities of movement the human body could achieve. They were not simple but curiousity was my guiding point
Then came health I had to be healthy to do all the wonderful things those movements did for the body
Then came mental preparation hence the quote “it’s not easy but it’s doable” it allowed me to take baby step to plan bit by bit… like how many times a week it began of course with two days in the week for three months, as I grew stronger I increased it to three times a week and then four …
But there were setbacks of skipping but I asked myself if I gained energy if I skipped a day?
The day I miss I fill in my a gentle breathing and slow movement that silly little dancing like a child, crawling or a deep squat like a child while breathing consciously
My WHY was exercise kept me moving and aware and alive and health and connected to self and others
My WHAT or WHAT NEXT led to discovering new ways to keeping me in motion and connecting with others.
