The right answer is absolutely what works best for you. There are people who will argue either way – for many reasons, scientific, nutritional/digestive, psychological, circadian, etc. – but the answer fo you is whatever helps you to do it and maintain it regularly. You might have kids, dogs, shift work, health issues…Make your plan, lay out what you need the night before so it’s easy to just get on with it, try it both ways and see what is easiest to stick to (not necessarily what you prefer, but what makes the habit easiest to maintain). you‘ve got this – make it yours! 😊
