How do I beat the 11am cravings- specially on days day when I have a lot of thinking and research writing to do.

I would ask my self what is is that I feel? Am I craving sweets? Salty? Do I need a rush of energy or is my body wanting to feel some comfort? Then either do a quick exercise or a meditation depending on what is needed. Having a small healthy snack is also great.
