How do I add in exercise to my day-to-day life? Sometimes I’m way too busy to squeeze in a workout and I tend to get unmotivated if I don’t do it in the morning.

I like to use an app called Seven if I don’t have time to dedicate to a full workout. It provides daily 7-minute workouts of high-intensity exercises using only your body and occasionally a chair or wall (think step ups or wall push ups). You can do one or more reps of the workout, and it’s great for getting moving even when time is limited. You can also set a time for the app to send you a reminder each day asking if you’ve got seven minutes so you don’t forget.
