HOW can I make exercising as a habit I do one day and get lazy another one. This is my problem
To make exercising a habit, start by establishing a consistent routine. Choose specific days and times for your workouts, treating them as non-negotiable appointments. Begin with small, achievable goals to build confidence and reduce feelings of overwhelm. Consider pairing exercise with an existing habit, like walking after lunch. Lastly, track your progress and celebrate small victories to stay motivated. Remember, consistency is key in developing lasting healthy habits!
Exercise becomes a habit by writing and setting your purpose to workout to always reflect when un-inspired/motivated. Shorten your workout. Raise intensity. Ask a friend or familyy member to join you. Otherwise seek to make connections at the gym. Personal trainers are another option although there is the financial aspect. It is very effective. Last tip is to schedule workouts first thing. Or possibly right after work.
