How can I make breakfast if i wake up at 6:45, have to leave by 7:20, and take 30 minutes to get ready without making a drastic change to my wake up time?

Prepare what you will eat before you go to sleep at night, and make sure it’s something that doesn’t require heating, like milk and cheese. Try to wake up five or ten minutes earlier and get ready quickly so you have time left; for example, take twenty minutes just to get ready.
