How can I keep my room clean for a week?

I have ADHD and so I tend to be a bit messy… What helps me is the “don’t put it DOWN, put it AWAY!” kind of thought. As soon as I am about to put something down where it doesn’t belong I remind myself that it would probably take me the same time to instead put it in its place and 7/10 times it works for me!
I also have added 10′ of tidying up in my morning routine and it is helping me a lot too!
