How can I get used to in diets

First, when I become conscious of my body weight, then my mind automatically urges me to begin the diet
Second, sure the diet will be not as perfect as I thought it would be, but it will be quiet regular
Last but not least, If you start other activities such as exercises and meditation or anything that helps me to manage my weight, then I will be putting double efforts in diet as I want all the activities I’m doing should be useful me
