How can I excersize daily when I’m busy with school work?

You can’t think of exercise as a fixed thing. You make time for what’s important, so find ways to move that matter to you and your goals. “Exercise” is just moving your body and getting your heart rate up. Take walk breaks. Do the 7-minute workout here in the Fabulous app! Everybody has 7 minutes. If you have the means, use your student discount and join a gym — read your textbooks on the treadmill. Don’t worry about getting “enough” exercise or the right kind of exercise. Just move more than you usually do.
