As a university student in a dormitory without a kitchen, you can still enjoy a great breakfast! Consider options like overnight oats, yogurt with fruit and nuts, or whole-grain bread with nut butter. Utilize appliances like a microwave or electric kettle for quick meal prep. Prepare ingredients in advance to create a routine that fits your schedule. Remember, establishing a morning ritual with healthy breakfasts can set a positive tone for your day and support your academic goals!

Keep an electric kettle in your room, you don’t need a kitchen for that. Just take some hot water and oats, add some fruits and maybe some yogurt (you could take a cup out of the fridge the night before). Or try preparing whatever you like for breakfast the night before. You could also keep it in a small and cheap cool box in your room.

Hi. I am in a somewhat similar situation as I am in grad school and staying with friends. Easiest is probably to keep some form of milk or nut milk in your fridge and use it with cold cereal, or hot cereal packets. There are ways to cook an egg in a microwave. Or keep some bread and nut butter for a sandwich.
