When I have to get up early and I don’t have a lot of time, I eat like small ammounts. For example one bowl of cereal or one piece of bread. That is when I really have to hurry up. When I have lots of time in the morning, I eat a lot more. For example three different things, but not big ammounts.

Usually whatever fits nicely onto two pieces of toast. That might be avocado and Vegemite with tomatoes or eggs and avocado, or smoked salmon and cottage cheese.
