For a quick morning workout, consider high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or a short circuit routine. Exercises like jumping jacks, push-ups, and bodyweight squats can be effective in just 10-15 minutes. Aim to create a meaningful daily ritual by setting aside this time for yourself, even when you’re rushed. Stacking these exercises with your morning routine can help you develop lasting healthy habits and energize your day. Remember, consistency is key to achieving your fitness goals!

Working out doesn’t have to be an hour or more long. You don’t have to max out reps every day. Your body didn’t get unhealthy overnight, so realistically your body won’t get healthy overnight. Making small changes and doing shorter workout could be more beneficial and attainable for someone who has busy mornings. The thought of working out for an hour is enough to make me procrastinate until I don’t have time. I’m more likely to workout if it’s in short increments vs a dedicated time limit. Whole body health is a marathon, not a sprint. We all can’t be Usain Bolt☺️
