Working out doesnโt have to be an hour or more long. You donโt have to max out reps every day. Your body didnโt get unhealthy overnight, so realistically your body wonโt get healthy overnight. Making small changes and doing shorter workout could be more beneficial and attainable for someone who has busy mornings. The thought of working out for an hour is enough to make me procrastinate until I donโt have time. Iโm more likely to workout if itโs in short increments vs a dedicated time limit. Whole body health is a marathon, not a sprint. We all canโt be Usain Boltโบ๏ธ
