Have you incorporated meditating in groups into your routine? How have you made that sustainable?

I meditate on my own with some relaxing, meditation music in my ears. I like to mediate by the beach, but if I can’t do it, I burn a scent (palo santo or sage) and mediate sitting on my bed.

I paid great money to buy guided meditation from a life coach. From no meditation at all, now I do 2-3 times meditation everyday for over 5 weeks now.
When you pay a lots of money, you tend to do things to make the money worth.
You can deposit significant money to your friend and family. Let them challenge you.
