Have you ever struggled with inconsistent workouts, any advice or tips on how to overcome that or to become more consistent with it? Does it even set you back much to not be consistent? Any thoughts helpful!

I still struggle with staying consistent with working out, but the more I’ve tried to keep up with doing it and getting back up when I fill on the goals I set out the better I feel, it hasn’t become easier to not feel a bit guilty about not being constantly consistent but the longer I keep trying the easier it is to get up, keep trying !
