For people who are further into their journey (I have been eating breakfast for 1-2 weeks), can you tell me what it is like having established it as a habit?

I have been drinking water first thing in the morning for more than two weeks. It is so simple and starts my day with an accomplishment. I have forgotten a couple of times and realized I missed it – physically and mentally. So I immediately drank my water and felt good.
