Fabulous recommends eggs but what do you do if you have what I would call “strong vegan tendencies?” Is there a vegan breakfast option that is similarly nutritious than eggs and provides similar benefits?

There are a lot of vegan tofu scramble recipes that are pretty tasty. I’m definitely not vegan, but I don’t like the flavor of eggs on their own, and I find the tofu version to be more palatable. You can also mix high-protein (optional: vegan like a coconut based variety) yogurt with raw nuts, chia & flax seeds, and fresh fruit for a different type of healthy breakfast. I usually add a low-sugar granola or another whole grain cereal on top for a more balanced meal.
