Well that’s a tough question. I would answer as saying maybe a granola bar or maybe some fruit a light snack can open and freshen you’re day.
Well if I were you I would start of with something filling and healthy like a cereal bar or something a long the lines of that and then I would buy some fruit as a part of your 5 a day and a bottle of water

In airports I usually go with black coffee and any sandwich with eggs in any coffee shop it’s a great source of protien and lower in calories and very satisfying if not available something with avocado is a great choice too if not available as well a bag of nuts and fruits is always an available good option on the go .. good luck !
