Does the time you eat breakfast matter?

Well it matters because of you eat breakfast too early in the morning in the morning it will kill your most productive when your brain is on its peak whereas eating too late can cause fatigue, no enthusiasm to do work and more . So I recommend you should eat breakfast between 8 am to 8:30 am

I don't know about the biological aspects but I personally believe, it is not that much of a deal. Besides, it can't be the exact same time as everyone since we all have different bodies and needs. If you get hungry, you eat, It's as simple as that for me.

I find that when I eat breakfast right when I wake up it's easier for me to get up on time. I'm also bulking right now, so eating early helps me get enough calories in as I can space my meals out more, compared to fasting until lunch which would make it much harder. I guess it all depends on your goals.
