Does it matter what time I eat breakfast? What if it’s an hour after I wake up? 2 hours? Does it still count?
The timing of your breakfast can vary based on your personal routine and lifestyle. Eating breakfast an hour or two after you wake up is perfectly fine as long as it fits into your overall daily schedule. The key is to establish a consistent morning ritual that works for you, promoting lasting healthy habits. Focus on the quality of your breakfast and how it fuels your day, rather than the exact time you eat. Listen to your body and find what helps you feel energized and ready to achieve your goals.
Yes it matters especially to me. I usually eat breakfast 2 hours after I wake up because I’m not immediately hungry when I wake up
As long as you are fueling your body, no it doesn’t really matter. Some people feel most productive with just a small bagel or something first thing others feel more productive eating a large meal after a full morning routine. Taking into account personal health is also important. If you’re a diabetic, you are going to have different needs than someone without diabetes. Sometimes a bunch of small snacks throughout the day is what your body needs. It doesn’t matter so much when you eat but what you eat and how much.
