Yes. Prior to breakfast, I enjoy a 29 or 40 minute workout. I shower and get dressed. Brush by teeth and gargle. Add makeup before its on and poppin’. Make the bed, clean up my mess, then hit the streets to run my errands.
Procrastination is not laziness. It's a lack of routine.
