Does anyone work nights or shift work? If so when do you prefer to workout?

If you work on the night the best time is to workout on the morning so you are energized all day and you will jave a good mood because you have done something that push you in any way

I used to! I always thought it was better to workout right before work because it gets awake and going. Plus working out after work would keep me wide awake.
