What do I do if my body is sore but I still want to work out?

I commend your tenacity in your desire to work out even though your body is sore. However, I believe it is important to allow your body to rest and recuperate when it is sore. Give your body at least a day of respite and drink plenty of water.
Yet, if you really want to work out, you could always exercise a different part of the body. For example, if your legs are sore you can work your arms.

You can do some light exercises like streching, qigong or walk in the park.
Also after some tuff exercises take care of your body: take a cold or warm bath (check what suits your body, observe the effect next day), use some natural balms for muscles or joints, depending on what hurts you. If it's joints you just need to rest.
Take care of yourself and don't overexercise, if some part of your body is tired do different exercises. Listen to your body. Diversity of your exercises is very important.
Take care and good luck!

Take a calming shower, relax, and just let it go step by step, start feeling the good work and just let it go in melody πŸ˜‡

Before I will squeeze myself to do the work because of responsibility. Now I learnt to treat myself good first. I will stop and take a rest, at the same time ask for help. πŸ’•πŸ’•
