-you can pre-make a breakfast scramble with either tofu and veg or whatever you would normally cook with eggs. I scoop a bit in a wrap each morning, heat and go.
-overnight oats are also easy in the morning.
-sometimes I pre make flax waffles, freeze them and use the toaster when I’m ready…top with nut butter and berries.

Beans or eggs on toast are quick and healthy start to the day but some people go a bit further and follow an exclusion diet such as paleo or vegetarian, I think they may both work simply by making meals easier for your stomach to assimilate, digest and utilize. One guy, a bodybuilder, was following a 'snake diet' where he would eat as much protein and saladp as he could in an hour every morning but avoiding carbohydrates. He had a load of physiological tests done on his cardio-vascular system and bone density and after a month of training his test results had all improved. I'm pretty sure a balanced fruit or vegetarian diet would give the same results purely because the digestive system wouldn't be confused with an incompatible mixture of starch and protein. It's a bit like putting oil in the petrol tank or using brake fluid to top up the battery in your car. It might work but it will cause problems sooner or later.
