Does anyone do their exercise in the afternoons or evenings? How is that different for you than first thing in the morning?
Exercising in the afternoon or evening can offer unique benefits compared to morning workouts. Many people find they have more energy later in the day, which can enhance performance and motivation. Additionally, exercising later can serve as a great way to relieve stress after a busy day. However, it’s essential to listen to your body and find a routine that suits your lifestyle and goals. Whether you prefer morning or evening sessions, consistency is key to developing lasting healthy habits.
I always like to get a workout done. Most days I get it done 1st thing in the a.m. unfortunately sometimes Life gets in the way and let me know the world does not revolve around me as much as I do believe it so I will want to get it done before bed. A 10 minute burnout at minimum will do.
