Do you usually eat something solid for breakfast? I feel so heavy and not fresh after breakfast like that. I usually drink a smoothie or something like that.

My usual breakfast is "oat meal". I make it with 7 ingredients: one benanna, 3 dates, some walnut, about 3 spoon oat, about half of a glass milk, about one spoon pinut butter, and honey. Every night I make it for my next day breakfast and put it in the refrigerator. It’s really lovely and nourishing. It’s better to have a search about it and if suitable use and enjoy it πŸ˜‰
