My usual breakfast is "oat meal". I make it with 7 ingredients: one benanna, 3 dates, some walnut, about 3 spoon oat, about half of a glass milk, about one spoon pinut butter, and honey. Every night I make it for my next day breakfast and put it in the refrigerator. Itβs really lovely and nourishing. Itβs better to have a search about it and if suitable use and enjoy it π
