I use an app called Home Workout by Leap Fitness for daily home workouts. I try to hit the gym 2 to 3 times a week to use weights for strength building, the pool for fun cardio exercises (swimming, water weights, and resistance running), the sauna for muscle and stress recovery, and my all time favorite, massage chairs! The Nike app provides free yoga and HIIT workouts that are great for morning rituals! I hope this helps! Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions!

I don’t have the premium features for the exercises on fabulous, but I do use the free ones occasionally for convenience. However normally I find more variety by using alternative apps like bend, or even asking chatgpt to develop a fitness routine so I can achieve the exact goals I want and customise it from there.
