Do you think that 3 days are enough for challenge becoming a habit because I find it hard to remember to do it unless I am reminded by alarm?
Three days can be a starting point for establishing a habit, but research suggests that it often takes longer for a behavior to become automatic. Setting reminders, like alarms, can be helpful initially. Consider stacking your exercise routine with an existing habit, such as doing it right after brushing your teeth. This can create a meaningful daily ritual that reinforces your commitment to exercise. Consistency is key, so aim for gradual integration into your daily life until it feels natural.
I think 3 days are enough if the challenge is placed in a sensible way as a natural reminder, however you shouldn’t feel pressure or get upset. Set that alarm if you need to. Eventually (sooner than you think), it will become a habit.
