Do you think a high-fat high-protein breakfast is the way to go?

I think that a high fat, high protein breakfast definitely sets you up for a better day and will sustain you longer but I tend to want a more high carb breakfast in the morning out of comfort. I think that whatever makes you happy and fulfilled is the best breakfast.

Yes, proteins and lean fats are good fuel for the body as long you get moving and use those calories you've just ingested

I usually eat overnight oats in the week and brunch in the weekends (variety of egg preparations with bread). Oats give me energy and I don’t feel sleepy or hungry by noon!
