What low-sugar, plant-based, healthy breakfast items do you like the most?

i like to eat oatmeal in the morning. you can use plant based milk to prepare it, and you can also cook it the night before, so its perfect for a busy morning. i also like to eat avocado in the morning. but i think a great smoothie is also perfect cus it fills you up pretty good

I like to eat fruit as a complement to my main course meals. Particularly, I like eating berries. Berries are on the lower end of the spectrum in terms of sugar content. I will always keep the small packs in stock 2x a week so that I am able to finish the berries and they are less likely to spoil.

Plain oatmeal only has 1g of sugar per serving. You can add peanut powder, cocoa powder, and stevia to sweeten the oatmeal.
