I actually believe it is a good idea to change it up so things don't get so boring. Plus if you have any issues with your weight it is good to see what may work best with your metabolism. So try to make you a chart for your breakfast/ lunch/ dinner so you can see what works best for you. Remember breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. I think it’s okay to do so, depending on what that entails. It’s nice to have variety every now and again, but I don’t see anything wrong with keeping food the same just for sake of being.
