I would say that it’s important to schedule your meals after exercise, it really might make you hungry to exercise. Also try to figure out whether it’s a specific food that causes this or just eating in general. You can do this through trial and error

Eating before an exercise is not advised. It’s recommended that you give yourself about one full hour of time that you’re not eating before working out, which gives your body a proper amount of time to digest.

I am the same way, i usually eat either an hour before or wait till after. sometimes i will eat a granola bar or something light before i work out.
