Can you suggest some non-meat protein alternatives for eggs and legumes?

I am a full on carnivore, but some beans, lentils, soy“beef”, tofu, for eggs you could try egg whites or if you don't want animal product. I like non-fat greek yogurt and non-fat cottage cheese for breakfast.

There are a lot of foods that have protein in them. For example, leafy greens like watercress and spinach. If you are vegan or vegetarian, if you are eating a variety of foods and limiting processed foods, you should be fine with your protein intake. However, if you are specifically trying to eat a lot of protein, I’m afraid I don’t know how to answer your question further. Hope this helps 😊

Flax seeds, chia seeds, tofu, bananas, applesauce, and any beand are a great substitute. Even for baking you can use bananas or applesauce to replace eggs.
