What is the healthiest breakfast?

Tucha A.
Something with all the food groups. Usually some fruit, eggs or peanut butter, juice, and something with grains (bread or oatmeal).
Thea W.
Eggs, and fruit. I find fruit (usually an orange) gives me energy through the morning and wakes me up. I usually do 2 eggs, a banana, and an orange gets me awake.

Um pequeno almoço saudável tem que incluir um pouco de tudo, fruta, cereais, café, proteína. Tem que ser completo, para nos preparar para o resto do dia
Hana O.
A good breakfast is a meal with fruits, coffee with milk, and breath with butter. I know it is not the most healthy but it is the type of meal were I get satisfied and motivated. To improve i drink a glass of water.
Frank O.
I honestly can not say what healthiest would be. I can say changing from a bad breakfast of excessive meats (pork particularly) and carbonated drinks to fruits and juice is the first step to going in that direction.
Caroline Z.
There is no healthiest breakfast. Our bodies need lots of different vitamins and nutrients. The best thing to do is to change it up . The are lots of fruits and vegetables to mix in with what you like eating.
Abigail P.
Personally, I think the healthiest breakfast consists of eggs and oatmeal. Egg have lots of protein, while oatmeal is good for your skin and hair, and they both keep you full.
Emilie A.
For me a healthy breakfast consists of protein, veggies and water. I enjoy bacon, eggs with some cheese and fresh spinach. Add cilantro and yum! I stay away from all carbs for my first meal. Drinking only water in the mornings replenishes my system for a great start to my day.

Are a lot of healthy breakfast choices. Pick something you enjoy eating, is easy for you to prep/make and that keeps you full till snack or lunch time. For me, plain Greek Yogurt with fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries & blackberries) is a good choice along with some eggs and water/black coffee. If Greek Yogurt is too strong, try to add a little honey. Also if with eggs is too much and you like to cook, you could alternate eggs 1 meal and yogurt another. To make the yogurt more filling if no eggs, add some nuts or nut butters. And then to make the eggs more filling add some vegetables and meat for an omelet. Good luck and don’t forget to drink plenty of water too!

Whole, unprocessed foods that nourish and energize. Think lean protein, low fat, fresh fruits and veg. (Eggs, oatmeal with fresh berries and nuts, zucchini omelet, etc)
Lee U.
A healthy breakfast is balanced. It has a healthy protein: eggs, cheese, beans, smoked salmon, bananas, spinach; healthy fats: eggs, cheese, smoked salmon, avocados, nuts; and healthy carbs: green leafy veggies, cucumber, Ezekiel Bread, berries, apples and other fruits.
Elgar S.
Eggs is a good source of protein and quick to cook. It is perfect to customize and add additional ingredients like peppers or spinach.
N Bia N.
Healthiest breakfast for me is scramble eggs with spinach, chilly, feta cheese and pumpkin nuts or a pot of natural yogurt with fresh fruit, cinnamon and nuts

Whatever you will actually eat, and what will make you feel better for eating. Unfortunately there is no one-size-fits-all answer to your question.
Alison E.
Personally, I think the healthiest breakfast is an English muffin with an egg and a banana. They all give you a lot of protein as well as a lot of energy.😊
Alfred P.
I use Akashi GoLean original, which has 12 grams of protein. I use regular (3.5%) milk and at least a cup of whatever fresh fruit is on hand. In lieu of fresh, I always have frozen wild blueberries, and usually 2 or 3 blue, red, or purple frozen fruits.
Enora C.
I think the key to a healthy breakfast is to avoid products that are high in salt, sugar and fats.
Make sure to eat foods that will keep you fuller for longer such as porridge/oatmeal or eggs and try to get some fruit and veg in there
Lya Z.
The healthiest breakfast to me is eating something that makes you feel good afterwards. It’s almost empowering in a way. For me, the healthiest breakfast should include some of your favorite foods, for me that’s eggs, bacon and oatmeal. It should be filling but not too heavy! I hope this helps!
Levi G.
Eggs can be scrambled with anything. I like to scramble them with spinach, sometimes with onions and tomatoes and instead of butter I like avocado oil. Sea salt and cayenne pepper for spice
Dawn U.
Green tea, 1 or 2 eggs, wholegrain bread, oleaginous seeds, and a fruit. The perfect breakfast all around that gives you the energy, the healthiness and the positive attitude to have the best day ever, litteraly each new day.
Barbara W.
I would say a mixture of complex carbs, protein and fruits. This will give your body what it needs as far as vitamins, nutrients and energy goes. If you check out Pinterest, they have some recipes for overnight oatmeal that I love if you want to find something simple and quick that is a mixture of all of the above.
Leon J.
One that fuels you and gives you the energy you need to jump start your day. It is nutritious, taking care of your body at the cellular level so you can make the big plays in your day.
Wilma S.
It is a little dependent on your goals, but a good balance of the major food groups is best. Something like eggs & oatmeal. Top the eggs with some avocado, for good fat, and scramble in some veggies. Toss some berries on the oatmeal for flavour. If vegan, a tofu scramble can replace the eggs.
Ellie U.
The healthiest breakfast is something with carbs and other nutritions, and an egg and bacon is probably one of the better ways to start your day
Lucas W.
There are many options for a healthy breakfast. Eggs, fresh berries, cottage cheese, avocado, and steel-cut oats are just a few healthy and delicious breakfast options!
Laura Z.
I think something simple and reasonable. An egg sandwich on wheat or fruit and yogurt parfaits. Theres alot out there that is so complicated and not that appealing that it's hard to follow. Keep it simple and be sure to succeed.
Jen W.
For me, it is a breakfast that consists of mostly protein and fats. Eggs or toast with peanut butter and banana is my favourite 🙂
Alex C.
I think a healthy breakfasthas to contain proteins like eggs, fruits, veggies, yoghurt. You can also add peanut butter, any kind of nuts, raisins.
Marion O.
I think if you get too hung up on what is optimal, that gets in the way. I'm also not sure there is an objective "healthiest" because everyone is a little different. Yes, some options are better than others, but I think it's enough to pick from the "more optimal" basket whenever you have a choice, and not stress too much the rest of the time.
Clayton E.
Sunny side up eggs, avocado on toast and/or mushrooms
Or greek yoghurt (or vegan) + fruits
Always a large glass of water first!
William W.
A healthy breakfast is a type of food menu that should consist of a variety of foods which can be found in atleast three different food groups, for example, low-fat or fat free milk, whole grains, lean meats or meat alternates, and fruits and vegetables.
It also a type of breakfast that help can prevent weight gain, boost short-term memory, lower the risk of  certain types of sicknesess or diseases.
Jacqueline Y.
A good breakfast should contain low carbs and lot of energy
Avoid sweety meals and focus on the healthy ones as egges, grain , fruits
J Lio Z.
a healthy breakfast to me is a meal that will include many different food groups. for example, today, i had 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg, cooked with tomatoes and red onions. a good addition to that is a bowl of yogurt with granola and berries. if you’re not incredibly hungry, just having some fruit or drinking a glass of almond milk works fine.
Sebastian P.
I guess it should have a bit of everything that is good for you and it should be enjoyable. Leave you feeling satisfied and happy with yourself and your choice. Make it different as often as you can.
Rosi T.
Anything that is not sugary like pancakes or a donut. My favorite breakfast is eggs with bell peppers, oatmeal, potato's, with orange juice and a protein shake to scarf it all down
M Line Z.
I'm not an expert but I try to eat something like eggs on toast or beans on toast for the protein or a breakfast of fruit and cereal that's high in fibre for good gut health
Marcia J.
A lean protein, it will keep you fuller longer and help provide lasting energy throughout the day. Try eating eggs for breakfast!
Greice S.
I have a green smoothie every day.
It includes:
Kale, spinach, celery, avocado, cucumber, ginger, turmeric, omega 3 seeds and whatever fruits I feel like.

Normally berries and a banana.

I feel like it has all the main nutrients I need for the day

Maxwell J.
The healthiest breakfast is the one that includes, always, some protein: eggs (could be just one if you are concerned with colesterol), cheese, ham, meet or fish if you are in the mood. Any of these will make the healthiest breakfast, because our bodies need that protein to start moving the machine on. And of course, you can combine it with your favorite stuff: toasts, jam, bacon, dried fruits, cereal and milk.
Genesis O.
It depends, I usually eat oatmeal paired with almond milk, some fruits and a little bit of honey. I don’t believe in bread, fried eggs and snack bars as breakfast! on days I feel lazy, I just buy a smoothie the day before and drink it in the morning. Just be creative!
