Something with all the food groups. Usually some fruit, eggs or peanut butter, juice, and something with grains (bread or oatmeal).

Eggs, and fruit. I find fruit (usually an orange) gives me energy through the morning and wakes me up. I usually do 2 eggs, a banana, and an orange gets me awake.

Um pequeno almoço saudável tem que incluir um pouco de tudo, fruta, cereais, café, proteína. Tem que ser completo, para nos preparar para o resto do dia

A good breakfast is a meal with fruits, coffee with milk, and breath with butter. I know it is not the most healthy but it is the type of meal were I get satisfied and motivated. To improve i drink a glass of water.

I honestly can not say what healthiest would be. I can say changing from a bad breakfast of excessive meats (pork particularly) and carbonated drinks to fruits and juice is the first step to going in that direction.

There is no healthiest breakfast. Our bodies need lots of different vitamins and nutrients. The best thing to do is to change it up . The are lots of fruits and vegetables to mix in with what you like eating.

Personally, I think the healthiest breakfast consists of eggs and oatmeal. Egg have lots of protein, while oatmeal is good for your skin and hair, and they both keep you full.

For me a healthy breakfast consists of protein, veggies and water. I enjoy bacon, eggs with some cheese and fresh spinach. Add cilantro and yum! I stay away from all carbs for my first meal. Drinking only water in the mornings replenishes my system for a great start to my day.

Are a lot of healthy breakfast choices. Pick something you enjoy eating, is easy for you to prep/make and that keeps you full till snack or lunch time. For me, plain Greek Yogurt with fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries & blackberries) is a good choice along with some eggs and water/black coffee. If Greek Yogurt is too strong, try to add a little honey. Also if with eggs is too much and you like to cook, you could alternate eggs 1 meal and yogurt another. To make the yogurt more filling if no eggs, add some nuts or nut butters. And then to make the eggs more filling add some vegetables and meat for an omelet. Good luck and don’t forget to drink plenty of water too!

Whole, unprocessed foods that nourish and energize. Think lean protein, low fat, fresh fruits and veg. (Eggs, oatmeal with fresh berries and nuts, zucchini omelet, etc)
