Depending on the morning, if i have to get up early i will grab something easy and fast like cerial but if i have time i can spend longer making something fancy.

A couple of minutes maximum. I always have some biscuits. Most of the time I only need to grab the box with biscuits on it, but sometimes I also have milk or wiped cream and it takes a couple of minutes to get it ready.
