I usually either eat cereal (mostly with boiled egg) or I grab a chocolate or apple puff along with chocolate milk which isn’t that healthy compared to cereal and egg but well I hope to make this better in the future.
Mostly boiled eggs with olives, cucumber, nuts, tomatoes and cup of tea. Sometimes, if I want to, i eat peanut butter with whole grain bread.
I am an athletic so I try to eat a high protein and Low fat breakfast. Like 3 eggs with a tossed bread and orange Juice or something like that. I try to eat something that gives me good nutrition and helps me to be energetic during the day!
