I don't really like to eat but my body has a lot of cravings which drives me nuts so then I eat but if I don't have any cravings for anything I'll eat after I have felt hungry for a while
I eat before I am hungry,so I don't over eat. If I eat when I am hungry,I tend to over feed myself,so I eat on time so as to avoid that.
Sometimes I only eat because routine demands I do around certain times, like breakfast. I'm never hungry for breakfast and will often just skip it for a brunch instead. It's more important to understand your body and your energy levels than conforming to someone who doesn't understand your rhythm and needs.
