I would like to know more options for vegetarian light snacks not warm heavy meal like breakfast like oats and all I don’t like.. so what can I consume ?!

You can try a whole fruit, some crackers, cheese cubes (not processed), or just make some simple lentil soup. It also has lots of protein. You can also make upma, poha etc., if you like, with lots of veggies. That will keep you feeling light and full.
