What’s your go-to quick and healthy breakfast?

My favorite go to quick breakfast at the moment is savory oats. Its just like oats but savory.I prefer it because you can add kale, spinach, and other vegetables that can go towards your 5+ a day. Which I know can be hard to reach some days! The recipe is also so simple, just exchange your honey for a light soy sauce.

Fruits … but im a student away from home & im not allow to keep any electronic items so when im sort on fruits i eat dry fruits and milk
