I interchange between push-ups and pull ups every few days depending on what I feel like doing. I do a lot of physical activity at work 3 days a week such as carrying buckets, forcing myself to be flexible by going into small spaces, and walking several flights of stairs.
Whenever I workout I don’t do the same routine I did the day before. So I just mix it up and TRY to do something different in my workout routine from day to day. I might not do it all the time. But the one thing I can tell you is that definitely do it.
