Do you stick to one type of exercise or change it up?

It is important to have rest days and recovery days to let your body recover and stay strong. But on the days when I do work out I usually stay on the same schedule, because I prefer to focus on a certain thing. But for others you might want to focus each day on a different muscle group or something similar. It really depends. I find it easier to stick with exercising when I’m doing one certain thing
