Do you skip breakfast if you don’t feel hungry? If you do do you mark it as done?
It’s common to skip breakfast if you’re not hungry, but it’s important to listen to your body. If you choose to skip it, consider marking it as done in your habit tracker to maintain consistency in your routine. However, aim to establish a morning ritual that includes a nutritious breakfast when possible, as it can boost your energy and set a positive tone for the day. Remember, building lasting healthy habits is about finding balance and understanding your needs.
I almost never skip breakfast. I try to eat some kind of protein within an hour of waking up, to help my body get some much needed energy after no food since the night before.
i usually just grab a granola bar and coffee, doesn’t matter if i can’t eat it at the moment, i feel comforted by the fact that i will still have something good to eat when i feel better. in this case i don’t mark it as done because im trying to build a solid habit and for that, i need to eat a good, healthy breakfast at the appropriate time, not in a rush
I always have breakfast! It makes me feel so much better than if I skip it. Making sure protein is packed into breakfast let’s me power through my morning, happily and satisfied and confident to greet the day, and accomplish the tasks that the day holds for me!
