Do you prefer to exercise in the morning or evening? Before you eat or after?

i prefer to do yoga first in the morning so i actually get up and am active. yoga isnt that stressful or intense, so i dont feel hungry even if i do it before breakfast.

Morning, before breakfast I like to get some wake up movement in (gentler yoga), then ideally later morning after breakfast if performing higher exertion exercise. I prefer to do my physical therapy in the afternoon, because when I wait until later evening it wakes me up/makes falling asleep right away iffy. Unfortunately I usually can’t squeeze it in until closer to bedtime
