I prefer to meditate to soft calming music but not an actual song that way I can still listen to nature and I can focus more.

Music. I find I get distracted or unable to concentrate while listening to a voice. As if I try harder on trying to understand what they're saying, instead on concentrating on my own thoughts and reflections

It depends on the mood, but mostly with music from my favorite artist, it makes me relax even if it's a little bit louder, it makes me feel warm, like a hug
