Do you have days when you feel like meditation isn’t worth it, or you aren’t feeling like you’d hoped? How do you get past that?
Yes I definitely have days like that. To get past that, I just think to myself “even though I don’t feel 100% today and don’t want to meditate, I should still do it because it will help me in the long run”.
