Meditation does work for me. It gives me time to calm down and to think about my day and the things that made or broke my day. It makes me feel more centered and more in control, a feeling I don’t experience all too often.

It does for the most part, especially when I keep up with the habit and meditate around the same time every day. Sometimes I find that seated meditation isn’t for everyone. Just find a way to be present and mindful at least once a day.
